The Mevrik AX REST API gives developers full access to agents, conversations, knowledge, analytics, and governance — with webhooks for real-time event streaming.

Authentication

API key (server-to-server) or OAuth 2.0 (user-delegated). All requests over TLS 1.3. Key scoping per integration.

Rate limits

1,000 requests/minute on Growth · 10,000/minute on Enterprise · custom on Sovereign. Burst-safe with exponential backoff.

Webhooks

HTTPS POST to your endpoint. HMAC-SHA256 signature on every payload. Delivery retry with exponential backoff up to 72 hours.

Official SDKs for Node.js, Python, and Go. Community SDKs for PHP, Ruby, and Java. OpenAPI 3.1 spec published for any language.

Idempotency

All write endpoints accept an Idempotency-Key header — safe to retry failed requests without side effects.

SIEM Integration

Export structured security events to Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, Datadog, and other SIEM platforms in real time. Every agent action, access event, and governance trigger is a structured log event.

Data Residency

Conversation data stays in your chosen region on AX Scale. On AX Private and Sovereign, data never leaves your VPC or data centre. BYOK encryption with your own key management (AWS KMS, Azure Key Vault, GCP KMS).
